Cancellation Policy

Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a full session.

• Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will be responsible for 50% of the scheduled service price.
• No-call, no-shows will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service price and will be required to place a credit card on file for future appointments.
• Aches Away Massage Specialists reserves the right to require a credit card to be held securely on file for payment of regular services or cancellation fees. By providing your credit card information, you consent to charges for services booked if you fail to show up or do not cancel before the 24-hour period.
