Services, Sauna & Gifts

Who should avoid infrared sauna or halotherapy?

If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or acute respiratory infection, consult your physician before sauna or salt therapy. Complete the appropriate client form before your visit.

What should I wear for sauna or halotherapy?

Wear comfortable, loose clothing. For sauna, lighter clothing allows your body to sweat and detox more effectively. We provide towels and water for sauna sessions.
